Vikram Singh- Founder
Vikram Singh is the Founder of Strats Value Global Services, a firm specialising in cross-border trade between India and the UK. He supports Indian companies in establishing and scaling their presence in the UK, while also assisting UK businesses in entering and expanding in the Indian market.
Through Strats Value, Vikram works closely with leading British firms and strategic partners to provide Indian companies with tailored guidance on market entry, compliance, business setup, and long-term growth strategies in the UK. His focus is on enabling businesses to navigate regulatory frameworks, build sustainable operations, and unlock new opportunities across the India–UK corridor.
Served as Investment Director at the UK’s Department for Business and Trade at the British High Commission for 11.5 years (July 2025) , leading the UK’s investment strategy in north India and driving high impact economic diplomacy through close engagement with CXOs, trade bodies, family offices, and government officials to deliver substantial investment flows into the UK.
A seasoned international business leader with a unique blend of senior-level experience across government and global corporations, bringing over two decades of expertise in public affairs, foreign direct investment (FDI), bilateral trade, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of the intersection between policy and business, with a consistent record of shaping strategic initiatives, facilitating regulatory dialogue, and influencing outcomes that align national priorities with global business interests. Well-versed in navigating geopolitical complexities and fostering public-private cooperation at the highest levels.
Previously held executive leadership roles at global MNCs including Serco, IBM, Dell, American Express, and GE Capital, with full P\&L responsibility and leadership of multi-country operations, service delivery, and large-scale transformations. Played a foundational role in establishing the American Express Global Centre in Gurgaon, scaling it from inception to over 1,300 employees.
